This stunning antique Edwardian necklace is adorned with rich purple Paste stones. Circa 1910
The necklace is set in Silver which is gilded in 18ct Gold.
14 purple Paste stones sit boasting in this gorgeous necklace, 5 of the stones sit as droppers looking fancy.
Paste is a heavy, very transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones.
This is because it has relatively high indices of refraction and strong dispersion.
