ANTIQUE VICTORIAN STUART CRYSTAL PEARL DIAMOND LOCKET BROOCH CIRCA 1880
This clever Victorian Stuart Crystal locket brooch is ringed with a halo of pearls and has a line of six sparkling Diamonds built into the bale.
Stuart Crystal was produced in Stourbridge, a town in the West Midlands in the United Kingdom. It is a historic centre of the glass making industry, and the Stuart family supplied some of the most exquisite Crystal to the jewellers of the Victorian age.
The smooth cabochon cut Stuart Crystal that sits at the heart of the locket provides a clear window through which one can clearly see whichever image has been placed into the original 18ct Yellow Gold frame at the rear.
This is an intriguing piece which is ready to accept a photograph of your nearest and dearest which you can keep close to your heart and surrounded by precious gems.
We recommend you insure for £1,750. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
