ANTIQUE VICTORIAN OPAL SPIDER BROOCH 9CT GOLD CIRCA 1880
This elegant 9ct Gold Victorian Spider brooch was made Circa 1880. It is adorned with a large 5ct Opal as his body with a green, Tourmaline set into the head.
Insect or spider jewellery today is highly collectable and was a symbol of good luck to the wearer during the Victorian Era.
The lovely natural Opal is a kaleidoscope of rainbow colours shimmering and changing colours with the light. The Opal Radiates a myriad of colours - blues, pinks, greens, turquoise and an inner orange.
