Steeped in English history, purchased in London this fabulous necklace is set with 23 rich purple Paste stones.
The Paste stones are set in 18ct Gold on Silver, which compliment the beautiful stones.
Paste stones sparkle beautifully captivating the allure of natures beauty.
Paste is a heavy, very transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones because it has relatively high indices of refraction and strong dispersion.
Each Paste stone is over 6ct each.
All genuine Circa 1860.
Looks fabulous around the neck, the rich velvet colours of the Paste stones are magnificent.
With beautiful Gold gilt balls in between each Paste Amethyst, this displays prestigious workmanship of its time.
