ANTIQUE VICTORIAN PASTE STONE DROP EARRINGS SILVER GOLD CIRCA 1900
A beautiful pair of antique Victorian drop earrings adorned with faceted clear Paste Stones. The top stone is 0.80ct with a larger Paste underneath which is approx. 5ct.
Paste is a heavy, transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. Clear Pastes sparkle just like Diamonds and take expert craftsmanship to capture their beauty.
The stones are claw set in lovely pyramid shaped Silver galleries which are fitted with long Yellow Gold shepherd hook wires. They look fabulous glistening from each ear and are perfect for a wedding.
